 يحكى أن زهرة التوليب أصبحت شعبية في القرن 17، وترمز الزهرة لأسطورة تركية تشير إلى أن أميرًا اسمه فرهاد كان يحب فتاة اسمها شيرين عَلِم يومًا بمقتلها فأصابه حزن شديد، وتوجه بحصانه إلى حافة منحدر جبلي، وقتل نفسه، فظهر مكان مقتله زهرة التوليب القرمزية، لتصبح رمزًا للحب

Englisch: 

It is said that the tulip became popular in the 17th century and symbolizes a Turkish legend. This legend tells of a prince named Farhad who loved a girl named Shirin. One day, he learned of her death, which caused him great sorrow. He rode his horse to the edge of a mountain cliff and took his own life. At the place where he died, a crimson tulip appeared, which became a symbol of love.

Es wird erzählt, dass die Tulpe im 17. Jahrhundert populär wurde und eine türkische Legende symbolisiert. Diese Legende besagt, dass ein Prinz namens Farhad ein Mädchen namens Shirin liebte. Eines Tages erfuhr er von ihrem Tod, was ihn in tiefen Kummer stürzte. Er ritt mit seinem Pferd zu einem Gebirgsabhang und nahm sich das Leben.
